These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ordering.pk ("we", "us", or "the platform"), whether you're a customer, seller, or delivery partner. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Ordering.pk.
To use Ordering.pk, you must:
Be at least 18 years old (or have legal guardian consent)
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Agree to comply with all local laws and platform policies
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Sellers must provide valid business or personal identification for verification.
Delivery partners must submit valid CNIC, license, and vehicle details.
Place orders through our platform for goods/services listed by third-party sellers.
Ensure accurate delivery details.
Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
Maintain accurate listings (product, price, availability).
Fulfill orders promptly and provide excellent customer service.
Agree to platform commission, policies, and payout schedules.
Pick up and deliver items promptly and safely.
Use real-time location tracking.
Follow platform guidelines and local traffic laws.
All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.
Sellers agree to platform commission charges on each successful sale.
Payouts to sellers and delivery partners will follow a set schedule, subject to verification.
Users (sellers, customers, or delivery staff) may not:
Misuse or attempt to hack the platform
List illegal, counterfeit, or banned products
Harass or defraud other users
Violate intellectual property rights
Customers may cancel orders under certain conditions before dispatch.
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and seller verification.
Sellers repeatedly failing to fulfill orders may be suspended.
All content, trademarks, and technologies on Ordering.pk are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute platform content without permission.
Ordering.pk reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for:
Breach of these Terms
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Misuse of the platform
Ordering.pk is a service platform connecting sellers, buyers, and delivery personnel. We are not liable for:
Product quality or delivery delays (caused by third-party vendors or external factors)
Losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or the appropriate courts in Islamabad.
